What we do
Clean & Organize
Regardless of how unorganized your estate may be, we come in and clean it up for no extra charge. Part of putting on a good sale is making sure the showroom looks beautiful and we make sure each house is presentable.
We want you to get the most for your items, so we make sure to check the market before pricing so our shoppers get the best deals and you make the most money.
We get the sale going the minute we start business with you. Using multiple online platforms we sell off items as soon as possible to not only clear up space in the house, but help get rid of items faster.
How much do your services cost? Our services have no upfront cost to you. Rather, we take a commission on the total sales. Our commission is based on a sliding scale. Every estate is valued differently, which we will discuss with you during your free consultation.
What if the estate is too messy? There is no such thing as a too messy estate! We service all types of estates, with hoarder houses as our specialty.
What is your sale timeline? All of our sales last three days, to ensure our customers not only get the best deal, but get plenty of time to come back and shop throughout the weekend. This also gives you, the client, extra time to have your items sold off and gain more profit from the sale.
What happens to items that don’t sell? We are fortunate enough to partner with a local buyout company, who will buyout your estate in its totality, leaving you with no worries about how to remove the leftover items.
What other services do you provide? We also provide clean outs and buy outs.
What is a clean out? For a clean out, we come in and clear out everything within an estate. A clean out is appropriate if the quality/quantity of the items does not justify the time frame and cost of throwing an in person sale. Clean outs are appropriate for hoarder houses, abandoned houses, house flippers who need a house cleaned out before they begin work, etc.
What is a buy out? A buy out is when a person has high quality items they need to get rid of quickly, or do not want an in person tag sale. Buy outs are appropriate for those who are down sizing, needing to move quickly or simply do not want others walking through their house to purchase items.
